NurseBridge Germany uses this website to help nurses understand their initial readiness for opportunities in Germany. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit the readiness form, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, city or state, nursing qualification, German-language level, and your Yes or No answers about six mandatory documents. We do not request or accept document uploads through this form.

How we use your information

We use your details to assess initial readiness, contact you about nursing opportunities and next steps, respond to your questions, maintain lead records, prevent misuse of the form, and improve our service. Submitting the form does not guarantee eligibility, employment, placement or visa approval.

Contact and consent

By selecting the consent box and submitting the form, you ask NurseBridge Germany to contact you by phone or WhatsApp. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before your request.

Analytics and advertising

If you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie notice, the Meta Pixel records page visits and a standard Lead event after a successful form submission. We do not send your name, contact details, document answers, qualification or German level to Meta. You can reopen “Cookie choices” on the landing page and select “Necessary only”.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers to host the website, store lead records and send email notifications. These providers may process data in other countries under their own security and privacy safeguards. We share information only as needed to operate these services or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain candidate information for up to 24 months from the latest interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for an active application. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw contact consent. To make a request, email ruchikabansi123@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version and effective date will always appear on this page.
